Volcanic glass fine powder made from volcanic ash accumulated in Kitami and Asahikawa, Hokkaido, was tested at a ready-mixed concrete factory in Sapporo. The same slump and air volume were obtained regardless of the volcanic ash extraction site, and the results of future strength tests are promising.

Everyone at the factory is also curious and checking the kneading situation.
